It's funny to think that photography hasn't even been around that long, but millions of people have been taking pictures of millions of things. Most are forgotten only to be discovered some time later perhaps at a garage sale, or antique store. I found these gems looking through the online archive of the Library of Congress. Which seems to have quite a healthy collection of photographs that may have otherwise been forgotten.

i love this.. i don't know what it is inside me that loves these types of things, old photos. old music. old stories, cars, Music.. its like i was born in the wrong time...wierd. iknow..
